Job Description (Field Job):

Wizzsites Internet Services, situated in Punjab, is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development/Sales Executive. In this role, you will work while focusing on generating new sales in web design and digital marketing services, specifically in business and eCommerce web design. This position is a dynamic field-based role where you will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and proprietorships. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base by reaching out to businesses that could benefit from our web design, digital marketing, and related services. Key aspects of this role include:

Client Focus: Understanding client needs and presenting solutions that align with our service offerings.

Fieldwork: Actively engaging with businesses to build client relationships and generate leads.

Target-Based Achievements: Meeting achievable monthly and quarterly sales targets, with incentives tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales for our web design and digital marketing services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned area.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with our team in Punjab to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the web design or digital marketing industry.
  • It will be great if candidate have good understanding of web design and eCommerce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while working remotely.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
