At Wizzsites Internet Services, we strive to provide exceptional services in web design, graphic design, and related areas. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel or request a refund for our services. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the process and conditions for such requests.

Cancellation

Clients may request a cancellation of services by contacting our support team via email or phone. Please provide your order details and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests made within 24 hours after placing an order will be eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests made after 24hours may be subject to a deduction of 25%-50% of the service fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for services that have already been completed or delivered.

Refunds

Upon approval of a cancellation request, refunds will be processed within 7 working days through the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Refunds will not include any transaction fees or charges imposed by payment processors.
  • In cases where partial services have been rendered, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining services.

Modifications

Wizzsites Internet Services reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice. In the event of service modification or discontinuation, clients will be offered alternatives or refunds for affected services based on the remaining work.
